I am thrilled to be opening booking for our next prenatal yoga group. Supporting you through pregnancy, preparing for birth and this motherhood.
We will meet for 6 weeks on Sundays at 11am-12.15pm. The dates are:
May 17th and 24th
June 7th, 14th and 28th
July 12th
Suitable for anyone in their pregnancy after 14 weeks, please just give me a quick call if you fall outside of this so we can have a chat to help you decide if you'd like to join. If your due date falls within this period, please reach out as I am happy to offer a shorter course to you.
What to expect?
In this course your yoga practice becomes centred around your pregnancy. You have the opportunity to make choices that suit you best on that day. We can address any individual concerns and celebrations on a class by class basis, because we will be a relatively small group. You may even meet others on a similar journey to you. We will build your strength and a sense of calm presence and hopefully embed some practices and techniques through the weeks that become familiar enough for you to dip into them during your birth experience, and beyond into this motherhood. Leaving plenty of time for a long savasana (a moment to be still) to offer a sense of rest at the end of the practice.
Many of us find yoga during pregnancy; so it doesn't matter if you are new or have years of practice, you will be most welcome. If you have any questions at all please reach out to me 07968 416001.
You can book these as individual sessions at £15 per session, or choose a prenatal pass to cover all 6 for £80. Please note that this pass is only valid for these prenatal dates.
