A 3 week series, exploring a yin practice which emphasises the transition into spring and invites a sense of harmony into mind and body, and spirit. Most poses are floor based and supported using props or cushions and blankets. We settle and soften into each shape for 3-5 minutes, allowing muscles to soften and tensions to ease. I love the practice of yin. A wonderful way to balance all of the 'doing' and instead to receive.
