We look forward to creating this special event for you. We begin with a gently guided yin practice, inviting some tensions to fall away from the body and for the mind to become quieter. Claire will then bathe you in sound with tibetan gongs and crystal bowls; a sound meditation to leave you feeling calmer and clearer.

The hall is easy to find in Ickleford, has parking and is spacious and warm.
I would appreciate you bring your own bolster, blanket and cushion to this event (and please let me know if you do not have a bolster).
