You just need to connect to the zoom meeting, have somewhere comfortable to sit initially, and know then where you will lay down for complete rest. My voice will guide you through our time together in the hope that you find a sense of deep rest, and a moment to move your nervous system towards its place of 'rest and digest'. Physical tensions can begin to fall away and prepare you for the rest of your evening, and your sleep. The session will last around 30 minutes.
